Adult ADHD isn't laziness or a lack of willpower. Research using EEG and QEEG has identified several distinct patterns of brain activity that show up consistently in adults with ADHD - patterns that explain why concentration, follow-through and impulse control feel so much harder than they should.
In many ADHD brains, the front of the brain runs too slow - seen as an elevated Theta-to-Beta ratio. This shows up as difficulty concentrating, poor working memory and being easily distracted. The right front of the brain, which normally helps you pause before acting, often runs underactive too - showing up as blurting things out, interrupting, or making decisions you regret.
Other patterns show up as the mind wandering during focused tasks, or as a flat, hard-to-start feeling that gets mistaken for laziness. Neurofeedback trains these specific patterns directly, using your own QEEG data as the map.
This is why neurofeedback can reach where medication alone sometimes doesn't - because it works at the level of the underlying brain pattern, not just the symptoms it produces.
"ADHD isn't a character flaw. It's a functional pattern in the brain - and functional patterns can be trained."

Approach
a non-pharmaceutical path some clients pursue alongside or instead of medication
These are not signs of laziness or a lack of discipline. They are measurable patterns in your brain's electrical activity. Which means they can be seen, tracked and trained to change.
Built from your QEEG results - targeting the specific neural signatures of your ADHD, not a generic attention protocol.
Wearable, clinical-grade EEG device sent to you. Yours after the 12 weeks end.
A comprehensive map of your brain's electrical activity - identifying exactly which patterns are driving your symptoms.
Six private video sessions to review your data, adjust your protocol and support you through the process directly.
Objective brain activity data showing what's measurably shifting - not just how you feel, but what's changing in your data.
Train from home, on your schedule. No clinic visits. Available anywhere in the world.

At the end of your program, you'll have the option to continue on a Continuity Membership - a fresh QEEG brain map, a new protocol built from where your brain is now, and ongoing access to training.
Continue training independently using your updated protocol and your own device, at your own pace.
Keep your 1:1 sessions and ongoing guided support as you continue training.
Pricing for your Continuity Membership is discussed at your 12-week review, based on the path you choose.

Book a Free CallCan I do this alongside ADHD medication?
Yes. Neurofeedback is safe to use alongside stimulant or non-stimulant ADHD medication and does not interact with it. Many clients use both - neurofeedback addressing the underlying neural pattern while medication supports day-to-day function during the training period. Always keep your prescribing doctor informed of any new interventions.
Can I do this alongside therapy or coaching?
Yes - and the two can work well together. ADHD coaching and therapy build systems and strategies for working with your brain; neurofeedback trains the underlying pattern directly. They address different layers of the same problem.
How is this different from cognitive training apps?
Cognitive training apps practise a skill - attention, working memory - through repetition. Neurofeedback works through direct feedback to the brain's electrical activity itself, training the underlying pattern rather than just the skill built on top of it.
When will I start noticing changes?
Many clients notice initial shifts within 2-3 weeks - often in follow-through and reduced mental noise first, then in focus and impulse control. Progress reports show what's changing in your data alongside what you're experiencing.
Does this work for both inattentive and hyperactive-type ADHD?
Yes. Your QEEG identifies your specific brain-activity pattern, and your protocol is built from that - regardless of which ADHD subtype or diagnosis label applies to you.
